It finally happened. Our ward, the Hartford Young Single Adult ward, Had it's very own "Very Little Talent" show. It was very entertaining. There was "big" talent, the ones that were on the program. And then there was "little" talent, like a magic trick by Nick Rasmussen and catching M&Ms in his mouth by Jesse Haws and his lovely assistant, Laci Smithson. And there was the funny face contest which really showed off little talent. And Kristine and Shalae hopping around while playing the harmonica. And David (yes, our own David Clark) did his own walking on stilts. Yes, "little" talent.
But the "big" talents were Nancy Heath singing, Jason Garcia doing a hip-hop number with his friend, Hali Merrill playing a song that she had written on the guitar, Rachelle Heap singing "Under the Sea", Jana Weinberg playing the piano and singing,Sarah Witbeck playing the violin (fiddle) and Andrea Pratt (who won) doing a standup comedy.
It was all so much fun. Glad we went. Oh, yes - and our two very funny MCs in the picture - David and Glen Farnsworth - both related closer than Noah.
